If EATranslator is not a fit, email sales@eatranslator.com within 30 days of purchase with your order details. We will refund the license fee.
Third-party AI provider charges are outside our refunds. Abuse, chargebacks without contact, or redistribution violations may void eligibility.
When self-serve checkout is connected, refunds will follow the processor’s timeline after we approve the request.
