EATranslator is distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later. Purchasing a license from eatranslator.com buys access to packaged releases, updates for the stated term, and email support — not exclusive copyright.

Founder pricing is early-access software (pre-1.0). Features may change; we will not knowingly sell a plan that omits advertised capabilities without notice.

You are responsible for third-party provider costs (OpenAI, Google, DeepL, hosting). We are not liable for provider outages, translation quality of machine output, or misuse of API keys.

Site licenses are limited to the number of production sites stated on your plan. Development/staging copies for the same project are allowed.
